The Ridglea Country Club Fitness Center is a premiere facility which offers a variety of free weights, cardiovascular equipment, and a complete circuit of Paramount nautilus. All of the equipment is maintained at the highest level to ensure you have a safe and quality workout.

Our Fitness Center staff is specially trained to offer comprehensive fitness programs and assessments for all populations. Our staff can also provide sports specific training to help reach individual goals for improving both your Golf or Tennis game.

The Fitness Center also offers a complete array of group exercise programs including Yoga/Pilates, Boot Camp, Senior Classes, Water Aerobics (summer only), Cardio/Combo and Yoga Stretch.

  • Group Classes
    • Ridglea's Group Fitness program is a fun, varied and convenient way to stay active and social. Our Group Fitness schedule covers a variety of fitness disciplines and popular classes, from yoga and barre classes to spin, strength & conditioning, TRX express, and much more. Classes range from 30 - 45 minute workout.

  • Personal Training
    • Ready to make a change in your overall health and wellness? Ridglea Fitness has fully-certified personal trainers on-hand to help you assess and meet your fitness goals! With focuses on fascial stretch therapy, weight management, and injury prevention/rehabilitation, our trainers are knowledgeable and ready to assist you. Our fitness department will meet with you to assess your goals and pair you with a personal trainer that is best suited to help you along your fitness journey. We strive to form strong, positive relationships between our Members and our trainers, and take great pride in being a part of your achievement.

  • Physical Therapy
    • Our mission is to increase a club member’s experience by offering a high-level service that goes far beyond the industry standard of a one on one appointment with a physical therapist. Members get a high-level service due to our one on one, intensive approach. We provide a tailored plan of care, conveniently located in your club fitness center. Our goal is to provide a positive experience, so you'll walk away feeling confident about working with us.

  • Massage
    • Ridglea Fitness Center has  Massage Therapist on staff. Our massage therapist specialize in a variety of massage techniques which can be customizes to each client’s needs and goals. They uses several modalities including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Healing Touch, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as a mind body balancing modality called Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T). From beginning to end, our dedicated and highly trained therapist provide members with a quality massage that fits their needs and improve their overall well-being.
